Actor Yoo Gun recently had to deal with the authorities. He was arrested by the police because he was found to be driving drunk.
Reported by a number of South Korean media, the Seoul Yongsan Police some time ago arrested actor Yoo Gun and asked for a statement for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was detained in the Ichon area, Seoul around midnight on April 7, 2022.

The police said they initially received a report about the suspicion that someone was driving drunk. They then ran a number of tests on Yoo Gun at the scene and found a fairly high alcohol content in his blood.

This rate allows Yoo Gun to lose his driver’s license.¬† Under the law, if a person has 0.08 percent or higher alcohol content in their blood while driving, the police have the right to confiscate their driver’s license.

Until now, there is still no information from Yoo Gun’s side regarding this news. They still choose to remain silent.

Yoo Gun is a Korean-American actor who entered the world of South Korean entertainment in 1997 through a boy band called Oppa. He stole the public’s attention through his acting in 2006 in the drama Hello, God!.

After that, Yoo Gun began to be more  active in the acting world by starring in a number of popular Korean dramas and films. These include A Tale of Two Sisters, The Last Empress, and I Wanna Hear Your Song.

Yoo Gun last appeared on the small screen through the Korean drama Graceful Friends. He plays one of the minor characters in the drama.

After that, Yoo Gun still hasn’t confirmed his next acting project.
